If you are anything like me, then dressing for winter is all about comfort combined with style. Throughout this winter, I’ve cultivated a set of accessories that I now consider to be my winter essentials – everything you need for a cosy and fashionable winter!
A Wool Coat
My magic word for this winter has been ‘wool’. If you’ve read my previous blog posts, you will know how much I covet this material. Whether it’s 100% wool, or a wool mix, this material is an absolute must in my wardrobe. In the sales I picked up the most stunning coat from Ted Baker in a bright and bubbly pink colour.
A smart Scarf
Again, this scarf is made from 100% Lambswool meaning it can afford to be lightweight, without compromising its warmth. This oatmeal shade is a colour I’ve been loving recently and it is a very versatile neutral to work with.
Who says practical needs to be boring?! Leather gloves are a great addition to a smarter look, and the pair that I picked up this winter have subtle bow detailing to add a pop of excitement.
Faux Fur Headband
This is a piece that I have worn so much over the past couple of winters. Faux fur gives an outfit an instant boost of luxury, and the two tone grey pattern of this headband is a combination that works with any outfit in my wardrobe.
